Aliexpressで電源として、安くてなかなか使い勝手がいいUSBデコイを見つけました。
5V/9V/12V/15V/20Vをボタン一つで切り替えられて、電圧設定は電源断時に記憶されます。
電圧と電流が７セグのLEDで表示されますので間違いも少ないです。
値段も500円以下で送料無料です。
同時にUSB-Aを端子出力できる治具も購入しました。他にもいろいろな種類があるので実験用にとっても便利です。

実際にレッツノートで実験
PD3.0 TrigerとUSB-Aの端子を接続したたところ
PD電源と接続 15V出力です。前回のメモリーはしっかり残っていました。
レッツノートだと満充電で稼働時の電流はMax2.2Aでした。

レッツノートのDC入力に繋いだところ、電源断0.013Aでした。
起動中 0.8Aでした。起動後は1.5-2.2Aの間をいったりきたりです。
USBデコイより大きいですが、表示も付いていてボタン一つで電圧を切り替えられるので、こっちのほうが便利です。又USB-Cの雄と雌両方でPD入力ができるので、ケーブルなどで延長も簡単

PDパワーバンクなどを充電するPD充電器にTYPE-Cオスorメスで入力します。
PDプロトコルハンドシェイクが成功すると、OKライトが点灯します。
ボタンをクリックするか、長押しするか、ダブルクリックすることで、さまざまなギアのプロトコル電圧（ 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V など）を送信できます。 PDプロトコルはクリックごとに順番に送信されます。
